13-197(i): No disinfectant added by hand as sole or primary method of disinfection. OBS: Found chlorine tablets in 2 skimmers. They both located on the side closest to the entrance.

Unsecured handrails considered imminent health hazard. OBS: The handrail located on the shallow end is loose.

Observation: While CPO was switching pump on/off, to get backwash to operate, 1 one of the main drain covers came loose.

13-190(a): equipment shall operate to maintain minimum turnover.

Observation: Initial turn over rate was insufficient (needs to be 194) and was at 180. Even after backwashing, it increased but not above minimum requirement of 194.

13-191(a)(4): Direct discharge of polluted waters (filter backwash waters) shall be directed to a sanitary sewer. Observation: Backwash was inoperable.
