13-190(a): Sand filter tanks shall function properly. OBS: Sand filter in the back is leaking water.
13-188(h)(3): Rough & Abrasive surfaces prohibited. OBS: there are cracks on the side where entrance is located. Also, there is an elevated piece of concrete on the left side nearer to the deeper end that can be a hazard.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weather proof phone must be installed and ready at all times. Obs: Phone inoperable. It was wet. Makes clicking sounds.
13-197(i): No disinfectant added by hand as sole or primary method of disinfection. OBS: Found chlorine tablets in 2 skimmers. They both located on the side closest to the entrance.

Observation: While CPO was switching pump on/off, to get backwash to operate, 1 one of the main drain covers came loose.
13-189(c)(1): pool must have pH of 7.2-7.8 Observation: pH was initially 7.1. After adjustment, still 7.1.

Observation: Initial turn over rate was insufficient (needs to be 194) and was at 180. Even after backwashing, it increased but not above minimum requirement of 194.
