13-189(c)(1) The pool must be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with pH levels between 7.2-7.8. Observation: It was corrected to 7.2 from 6.7.
13-190(a)(7) An adequately sized flow meter must be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute; shall be conspicuously located. Observation: Flow meter is not on return line. It was located on the line that takes water from the pump to filters. Also, flow meter range must be 1.5x of turnover rate. Their turnover rate is 417. Their flow meter max range is 420.
13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer must have a properly designed and operating weir or other departmentally approved means of providing effective skimming. Observation: 2/6 skimmers missing weirs. 3/6 of the weirs fell off. CPO was able to fix it.
13-193(a): Adequately sized in-line backwash sight glass on backwash line. Observation: There is no sight glass for backwash.
13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit.
