13-190(a)(7) An adequately sized flow meter must be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute; shall be conspicuously located. Observation: Flow meter is not on return line. It was located on the line that takes water from the pump to filters. Also, flow meter range must be 1.5x of turnover rate. Their turnover rate is 417. Their flow meter max range is 420.

13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer must have a properly designed and operating weir or other departmentally approved means of providing effective skimming. Observation: 2/6 skimmers missing weirs. 3/6 of the weirs fell off. CPO was able to fix it.

13-193(a): Adequately sized in-line backwash sight glass on backwash line. Observation: There is no sight glass for backwash.

13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit.

Observation: Leasing office printed out operator training. Posted it in box outside on the wall.

13-201(c)(3): 1 Bathroom with hot water temp of 70-104 degrees shall be provided.

Observation: No hot water in bathroom sink.

13-187(c): Current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times upon entry into the pool area.

Observation: Leasing office printed out the inspection report and placed it in the box outside on the wall.

13-202(k): First aid kid must be mounted in a conspicuous location in the pool area OR secured by pool personnel on site knowledgeable of it's whereabouts.

Observation: CPO placed first aid kit placed in conspicuous location on the deck.

CPO placed lid on of bathroom trashcan.

13-198(a)- Equipment room shall be keep clean and safe

• Equipment room had multiple empty chemical container stored on the ground. chemicals must be stored on palate or shelf.
