13-190(a) - Equipment shall run such that the pool water flows at a rate that pool water experiences complete turnover 4 times a day, or every 6 hours. This pool's turnover was every 11 hours

13-189(c)(1)- Free Chlorine must be kept between 3-10 ppm observed: Free chlorine levels were 11.93 ppm. imminent health hazard.

13-202(d) - Lifesaving equipment must be readily available for use & in good condition. observed: throwing rope on ring buoy was tied and bound. Must be in easily throwable condition. imminent health hazard.

13-190(a) - Equipment shall run such that the pool water flows at a rate that pool water experiences complete turnover 4 times a day. observed: Turnover rate was 60 gallons per minute & should be higher than 125 gallons per minute for this 45000-gallon pool.

13-188(d)(1) - Permanent tile health markers with lettering and numbering at least 4 inch in size, with dark lettering on white backgrounds that indicate pool depth in feet and inches must be installed on pool decks. "No Diving" tiles with 2-inch lettering, with dark lettering on white tile backgrounds, must be installed in the pool deck. observed: No "no diving" tiles were installed. No deck depth markers were present; in-pool depth markers indicated depth in "1/2" feet increments, as opposed to depths listed in feet and inches.

13-187(c) - A copy of the pool operator's certificate must be displayed observed: no CPO certificate was displayed

13-188(f) - all steps must have handrails anchored in the bottom step and extend onto and anchor to the deck. observed: one set of steps in the pool did not have any handrails. imminent health hazard.

13-189 (c)(1) The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3 ppm. Chlorine was reading as <3 ppm. Tested multiple times.

13-188(d)(1): black letter and numbers on a white background indicated in feet and inches; I observed just feet ex.3 1/2 and 5 1/2 FT

13-188(d)(2): shall have permanent "no diving" in minimum two inch (2") black letters with a white background spaced evenly around the pools perimeter; I observed just the universal no diving symbol with the wrong size for the words

13-202(m): rules must contain at a minimum the 12 statements in the pool code on page 42 for a pool: I observed several of the statement missing

13-189(a)(5): all pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris, visible scum shall be removed immediately; I observed yellow staining around the pool walls

13-188(d)(1): black letter and numbers on a white background indicated in feet and inches; I observed just feet

14-188(d)(2): shall have permanent "no diving" in minimum two inch (2") black letters with a white background spaced evenly around the pools perimeter; I observed just the universal no diving symbol with the wrong size for the words
