Observation: No diaper changing station in both bathrooms. Diaper chaning station was found only in the womens side of the "stretch room".

Observation: The gate self-closes, but does NOT self-latch or self-lock.
13-201(k): Each bathroom shall have a diaper changing station.
Observation: The bathroom didn't have a diaper changing station.
13-196(a): The actual water level shall be maintained within the range of the skimmers weir or gutter rim.
Observation: The water level was exceeding entire skimmer. The skimmer lid popped off when a swimmer turned the bubble jets on.
