13-202(a)(2) Self closing latch in disrepair/broken and gate is not able to self latch. This must be repaired in order for the pool to open.

Rope on lifesaving ring is not firmly attached to rope. Attached by duct tape. Rope is also fraying. Replace rope and have it attached firmly in order to reopen pool. Aslo rope shall be 1 1/2 times the max width of pool.

13-190(a) All circulation equipment shall function properly and be maintained. Observed a inlet missing a cap. Must replace missing inlet cap.
