Observed wall paper border in Rooms 203, 204, and 212 peeling from wall. Owner stated border will be removed when rooms are painted. Painting of rooms should start next week. Painting was scheduled to begin this week but got postponed until next week.

Observed evidence of past water leak on ceiling in Room 203. Owner is aware of stain. Owner stated popcorn ceiling in rooms will be removed and ceilings painted. Brown staining will be repaired at time room is painted

Observed loveseat in Room 211 appearing very stained and dirty and would not meet guest expectations of clean. Loveseat can be cleaned. But if staining is still present, loveseat is to be replaced within 60 days. Carpet appeared stained excessively in Room 211. Carpet is to be replaced per owner. Excessively stained carpet in all rooms to be cleaned. If excessive staining is present, replace carpet as owner stated prior to next inspection

Observed ceilings and walls in Rooms 106, 112, and 211 showing evidence of sheetrock patching. Primed areas not painted and/or flaking popcorn ceiling areas that need repair and painting. Observed wallpaper border in Room 212 curling and coming loose from wall near ceiling. All rooms noted are to be repaired and painted within 60 days. Remaining rooms throughout facility should be inspected and painted as needed prior to next inspection

Observed ceiling in laundry room paint or stucco separating from the ceiling. Observed the carpet in Room 216 in poor condition. Carpet stained and worn. Also the microwave in Room 216 in poor condition. Microwave is rusted a lot on inside. Walls in Room 216 also have to be cleaned or repainted. Walls in poor condition. Raw wood under the sinks in all of the rooms have to be stained or painted. Bathroom walls in Room 106 must be repainted. Room 117 has stained carpet. Contact EH with a plan of corrective action and when work will start
