Excessively stained carpet in all rooms to be cleaned. If excessive staining is present, replace carpet as owner stated prior to next inspection

Raw wood under the sinks in all of the rooms have to be stained or painted. Bathroom walls in Room 106 must be repainted. Room 117 has stained carpet.
