Reviewed facility's water testing records. Observed total alkalinity testing has not been documented weekly on log sheet as required by rules. Observed a few days where chlorine was only tested one time daily. Chlorine and pH are required to be tested a minimum of two times during the hours of operation even if swimming pool is open half a day. Chlorine and pH are to be tested twice daily.
