Observed pink and black build up on baffle of ice machine. Food contact surfaces should be clean frequently to prevent accumulation.

Observed build up food debris inside microwave. Equipment food contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to prevent accumulation. Microwave cleaned during inspection.

Observed fish in reduced oxygen packaging bearing a label stating to remove from packaging before thawing under refrigeration completely thawed in walk-in cooler. Fish bearing label for thawing should be followed. All fish discarded during inspection.

Observed multiple containers of shrimp, rice, and coleslaw stored past their use by date of 11/20/25 in the walk-in cooler and reach-in cooler. All food discarded by Management during inspection.

Observed wiping clothes stored in sanitizer bucket not reaching minimum chemical concentrations. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified by chemical instructions. Sanitizer remade during inspection.

Observed black build up surrounding soda nozzles and ice drop of drink station in front food service area. Food contact surfaces shall be clean frequently to prevent build up.

Observed Key-Drop deliveries not being monitored as per 511-6-1-.04(3)(m). Will return at a later date to ensure key drops are being properly monitored.
