Observed pink and black build up on baffle of ice machine. Food contact surfaces should be clean frequently to prevent accumulation.

Observed build up food debris inside microwave. Equipment food contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to prevent accumulation. Microwave cleaned during inspection.

Observed fish in reduced oxygen packaging bearing a label stating to remove from packaging before thawing under refrigeration completely thawed in walk-in cooler. Fish bearing label for thawing should be followed. All fish discarded during inspection.
