Observed no soap at the employee handwashing sink beside the 3-compartment sink in the main kitchen area. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. PIC will be putting handwashing soap at the employee handwashing sink beside the 3-compartment sink in the main kitchen area.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf)
Observed cold water not working properly at the wash sink in the front area of the facility. CA: Efficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food service establishment. PIC stated that the owner has ordered a part for the wash sink in the front area of the facility.

Regulation: 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - displaying of the inspection report (c)
Observed recent inspection not posted in the facility. CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. PIC will post the most recent inspection report by today.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(a) - equipment and utensils, constructed of durable materials (c)
Observed an instant pot in the main kitchen area. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. COS PIC removed instant pot from the main kitchen are. Informed PIC that they can purchase a commercial grade instant pot.

Observed an unapproved coffee maker in the main kitchen area. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. PIC will be purchasing a commercial grade coffee maker for the main kitchen area of the facility.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(p) - warewashing equipment, determining chemical sanitizer concentration (pf)
Observed expired quat test strips at the 3-compartment sink. CA: Concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. PIC is on the way to the store to get up-to-date quat test strips.
