Observed an unapproved Black Decker Juicer in kitchen area. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. PIC will be removing unapproved Black Decker from kitchen area and purchasing a commercial grade Juicer.

Observed expired chlorine test strips dated 07/01/2025 in kitchen area. CA: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. PIC will be discarding expired chlorine test strips dated 07/01/2025 and purchasing up-to-date chlorine test strips.

Observed most recent inspection report posted on the side wall where consumers could not see the report. CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. PIC will post inspection report where consumers can easily see it.

Observed food service permit not posted where consumers could easily see it. CA: Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. PIC will post permit where it is easily seen by consumers.
