Observed black build up in large ice machine in kitchen area. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned such as ice bins. PIC will clean and sanitize large ice machine in kitchen area.

Observed black build up in small ice bin in bar area. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned such as ice bins. PIC will clean and sanitize small ice bin in bar area.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - water supply, capacity; pressure (pf)
Observed water pressure lacking at cold fixture of the 3-compartment sink in the kitchen area. CA: Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under subsection (1)(k)1 and 2 to a temporary food service operation or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure. PIC will have cold water fixture repaired at 3-compartment sink in kitchen area.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(f) - lighting intensity, adequate in food prep, storage & service areas (c)
Observed no light in WIC. CA: At least 10 foot candles (108 lux) at a distance of 30 inches (75 cm) above the floor, in walk-in refrigeration units and dry food storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning. PIC will have light installed in WIC.
