Observed celery and cooked bacon not covered under the PTC reach in. All foods must be kept covered and properly dated.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition

Observed no consistent date marking procedures. Date all products once taken out of original packaging and discard within 7 days. Same for when you cook foods, date and discard within 7 days.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used

Observed spray bottle by ptc and 2 bottles behind bar area unlabeled with chemical ingredient. Place common name on all chemical spray bottles.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed new cooking oil being stored on the floor of the main kitchen. Keep all foods and food related products 6 inches off the floor.
