Observed hand wash sink lacking drying provisions. CA: Keep sink supplied with soap, hot water and drying provisions at all times.

Observed dry ingredient containers with scoop handles touching ingredient in containers. Keep handles in upright positions to prevent contamination or use a new scoop each time.
