Observed no certified food safety manager certificate posted in public view. Advised PIC that a certified food safety manager certificate shall be posted in public view at all times. Advised to obtain and post in public view.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed active leak at the faucet of the 3-compartment sink. Advised PIC that all plumbing must be maintained in good repair. Advised to have the 3-compartment sink serviced.
13A - posted: permit/inspection/choking poster/handwashing

Observed 2025 permit not posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Food Service Establishment permit shall be posted in public view at all times. Advised to obtain and post 2025 permit in public view.

Observed multiple nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment (exterior of cooler drawer, exterior of multiple fryer baskets, and interior of reach in cooler #2) stored as clean with excessive food debris and residue. Advised PIC that nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of the accumulation of dust, debris, and residue. Advised to thoroughly clean all nonfood-contact surfaces.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed dust accumulation on ceiling tiles in the main kitchen. Advised PIC that physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean ceiling tiles.
