Observed hot water temperatures exceeding 120F for rooms 330 (123F), 333 (121F0, 218 (121F), 331 (122F), 345 (121F), 220 (121F). Advised PIC in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F. Advised PIC to decrease hot water temperature in the boiler room

Observed rusting and debris in microwave in rooms 136, 130, 218, 333, and 330; observed rusting on interior/exterior of refrigerator in rooms 333, 228, and 130; observed holes and staining on curtain in rooms 331, 228, and 345; observed minor staining on carpet in room 228; observed residue onthe interior of the coffee maker in room 333. Advised PIC All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Advised PIC to clean and repair all furnishings in guestrooms

Observed staining and holes on bed linens in rooms 220, 136, 228, and 218. Advised PIC that all bedding including bed linens, pillows, mattresses, and bed skirts shall be kept clean and in good condition. Advised PIC to clean and replace bed linens

Observed rusting and debris in tub in rooms 330 and 130; observed staining on towel in room 333; observed paint peeling in bathroom ceiling in room 218 and 331; observed bathtub caulking in disrepair in room 218. Advised PIC that all bathing facilities and their fixtures must be smooth nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Advised PIC to clean and repair bathrooms

Observed visible light entry at the entrance door in rooms 220, 116, 136, 130, 228, and 218. Advised PIC Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means. Advised PIC to place weatherstrip/sealant to entrance doors of guestrooms

Observed 2nd floor ice machine (white panel) stored as clean with brown residue/mold like substance. Advised PIC that all ice machines shall be maintained and kept clean at all times. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean ice machine

Observed multiple rusting, stains and/or debris in microwaves at time of inspection for rooms: 212, 208, 341, 332, 340. Observed rusting on top of mini fridge for room 341 and 332. Observed debris inside of mini fridge for room 343, 340. Observed stains on shower curtain (room 332 and room 228); debris on soap holder near bathtub; debris in tub (room 343); staining on shower head (room 214). Advised PIC toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed expired gas-fired equipment inspection report dated: 11/21/23. Advised PIC all gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority

Observed stains on desk chair and on lounge chair in rooms 312, 324, 332, 339, 344, 348, 248, 244, 238. Build-up on tv screen in #238. Build-up on microwave door in 322. Observed material peeling off desk chair in multiple rooms inspected. Advised PIC that all bedroom furniture and its accessories shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times

Observed stains on bed skirts in rooms 322,317,324, 332,339,344,348,244,248,238. Advised to have housekeeping to replace with clean bed skirts. All linen shall be clean

Observed water damaged ceiling tiles on 3rd floor in multiple areas. Observed flaking paint on stairs and hand rails and multiple aeras on exterior of building. Property shall be properly maintained

Observed 2024 permit not properly posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Tourist Accommodation permit shall be properly posted in public view at all times

Observed guestroom water temperatures exceeding 120 degrees F in rooms 234 (121F), 242 (121F), 321 (124F), 335 (124F), 150 (121F), 328 (123F), 332 (124F) and 106 (122F). Advised PIC that guestroom water temperatures shall not exceed 120 degrees F

Observed annual gas-fired equipment inspection report with a completion date of 8/1/2022 (expired). Advised PIC that an annual gas-fired equipment inspection report shall be completed at least once annually and kept on file at all times

Observed debris and rusting in microwaves in rooms 240, 328, 332, 106, 242, 150; observed water inside refrigerator in room 242; observed debris in refrigerator in room 240; observed staining on lamp shade in room 228 and 332; observed staining and material peeling on chairs in rooms 328. Advised PIC that all bedroom furniture and its accessories shall be kept clean and in good condition at all times

Upon arrival, observed 2022 permit posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Tourist Accommodation permit shall be posted in public view at all times

Observed hairs in tub in rooms 228, 234, 150; observed stains on towels in rooms 332 and 138; observed debris inside bathtub in rooms 240, 150, and 332; observed staining on bathroom walls in rooms 332 and 106; observed water damage in bathroom ceiling in room 321. Advised PIC that all bathing facilities and its fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair at all times

Observed marks/staining on walls and ceilings in rooms 234 106, 240; observed chipped tiling on floors in rooms 335, 150, 138. Advised PIC that all floors, walls, and ceilings shall be kept clean and in good repair
