Observed visible light entry at front-door of units, for rooms: 204, 216, 218, 101, 104, 106, 110. Advised PIC Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight-fitting doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other means. Screen doors shall be self-closing and screens for windows, doors, skylights, transoms and other openings to the outside shall be tight-fitting and free of breaks

Observed hot water measuring above 120 degrees F in rooms 373,260, 162, 206, & 220. Advised PIC hot water is guest rooms shall not exceed 120 degrees F

Observed no hot water at hand sink in room 218. Advised PIC to repair today & occupant relocated to room with hot water

Observed roach crawling on bed in room 369. Residents reported roach activity in building A but EHS did not observe said activity at time of inspection. Advised PIC to work in conjunction with certified pest control company to abate pest activity
