Growth of mold like substance observed in kitchen ice maker and on ice cubes. CA: Clean and sanitize ice maker frequently enough to preclude any growth.
Dining tables sanitized using on bucket method. CA: Dining room tables shall be cleaned using two bucket method or sanitizer in spray bottle with paper towel. REPEAT.
