Observed dicer, blender, and knife stored clean while visibly dirty. Food contact surfaces shall be stored clean to the sight and touch. COS by placing items in 3 compartment sink to be rewashed.

Observed box of moldy limes in walk in cooler. PIC states they were delivered yesterday. 511-6-1.07(4)(c) - Segregation, distressed food segregated and properly located (Pf) (c) Segregation and Location. Products that are held by permit holder for credit, redemption, or returned to the distributor, such as damaged, spoiled, or recalled products, shall be segregated and held in designated areas that are separated from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. COS by separating and labeling "do not use". Health Authority highly suggests to inspect food deliveries when they are received.
