Observed unfinished /unsealed wood pallet by the back door, and two pallets in the dry storage area. Observed soiled cardboard under the fry hot holding station.
Corrective action: Paint/seal any unfinished wood. Material must be clean, non-absorbent, easily cleanable, made of durable materials. Discard cardboard.
