Observed raw chicken, beef, shrimp stored behind RTE food (bell peppers, onions, and scallions) in prep top. Observed noodles stored next to raw shelled eggs in reach in cooler.
CA: PIC rearranged items. Raw foods should not be stored next to or behind RTE foods to prevent contamination.

Observed food (broccoli and lettuce) that was not in active use stored on counter without covering. Observed multiple containers of egg rolls in reach in cooler stored without covering.
CA: PIC covered food that was stored in reach in cooler and on the counter. Food shall be covered when not in active use or being stored to prevent contamination.
