Observed one handwashing sink on the main cook line next to the prep sink out of order and inaccessible to employee usage. Observed a second handwashing sink in the main Kitchen on the Drive-thru window line exceeding 160 degrees F making it inaccessible for employee usage. RCA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use

Observed no food service permit posted in facility. CA: PIC will post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers

Observed wet stacking of clean dishes on the clean dish rack. CA: PIC will rewash and place dishes in a way that allows them to fully air dry. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils:

1. Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; and
2. May not be cloth dried except that utensils that have been air-dried may be polished with cloths that are maintained clean and dry.
