Observed food handler with a beard longer than 1/2" without a beard guard. COS The food handler put on a beard guard

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed reach in cooler ambient was 48 degrees F, but there was no TCS foods in that cooler. CA Manager is to call a repair person and call inspector back to check when fixed
