Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed a food handler take tongs to the three compartment sink and spray them off with the soap hose, then rinse with the spray nozzle and use the sanitizer hose without proper contact time. COS The tongs were properly washed and sanitized correctly by the assisstant manager.

Observed two food handlers preparing food with beards longer than 1/2" without beard guards.
