Various foods in coolers and freezers not kept covered when not in use/Corrected and instructed to keep foods covered when not in use to prevent contamination

At the time of inspection observed uncovered shrimp and crawfish being store in the walk in cooler. COS: PIC covered the containers with plastic wrap. CA: Advised PIC that all stored foods must be covered to prevent contamination.
