EHS observed prep top unit and reach in cooler, underneath, to not ne maintaining proper temps; EHS observed temps to be at 50F for both. PIC indicated unit was frozen over in back and unplugged it.

3. Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use.

CA: EHS advised the PIC that the unit needs to be serviced; PIC notified their supervisor.

EHS observed inspection report from 5/28/24 posted. Violation: the most recent inspection report shall be posted. CA: print and post inspection report from 12/5/25.

EHS observed no food service permit posted. Violation: food service permit shall be posted in public view. CA: post food service permit in public view.

EHS observed pans not stored covered or inverted. Violation: Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored as specified under paragraph 1 of this subsection and shall be stored:

(i) In a self-draining position that allows air drying; and

(ii) Covered or inverted. CA: store clean pans covered or inverted. Can invert pans, add impervious shelf liners or cover top pan.
