EHS observes bulk ice machine with buildup of yellowish goo on interior baffle.

Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

PIC will empty, sanitize bulk ice machine.

EHS observed bottles that contained toxic substances not being label with the generic name of the chemical.

Corrective action- PIC needs to make sure that all bottles that contains chemicals needs to be labeled with the chemical generic name.

EHS observed several bugs throughout the facility. There were dead bugs observed on the serving trays and dead bugs on the floor.

Corrective action- PIC needs to make sure that any dead or alive pest must be properly removed.
