Observed several food items (chai tea, matcha, dried strawberries) labelled for expiration on 1/15/25 on service line. CA: Discussed with PIC, items were discarded.

Observed potentially hazardous TCS foods (all foods in the reach-in cooler on the back wall; see temp log) improperly cold holding above 41F. Internal thermometer was reading between 50F and 60F throughout the inspection; door hinges on cooler are broken and thermostat knob is broken. CA: Discussed with PIC. Temps were checked within the past 4 hours and food was moved to the back dairy cooler and walk-in freezer to rapidly cool. Cooler must be serviced/repaired and will not be used for TCS foods until re-checked by health department.
