The sanitizer bucket was stored on the floor. The sanitizer bucket must be stored at least 6 inches above the floor.

The faucet at the mop sink is leaking. All plumbing must be kept in good repair.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

A knife was stored between the prep table and the reach in freezer. The knife was removed and cleaned. The knife must be stored dry on a clean surface.
