Observed butter pats that's been sitting out at room temperature since 7:30am held at 81F at 9:10am. Observed cut tomatoes and ham in container that was layered by another container that had stopped it from touching ice since 7am cold held above 41 at 8:55am: ham 51F, cut tomatoes 49F. Observed manager remove extra layers and place containers directly in ice. Corrective Action Taken
