High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Mini refrigerator: whipped cream (50F - Cold Holding) Milk (47F - Cold Holding) person in charge hasn't used milk or whipped cream for shift.

Intermediate - Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by lack of general knowledge in performing their assigned duties. Observed present food employee hired approximately two week prior to inspection has not been adequately trained to wash, rinse, and sanitize too food safety standards. Explained proper use of triple sink to food employee.
