High Priority - Employee ate then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee eating in the back food prep area then begin to work with clean utensils at the front counter without washing hands between.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink used as a dump sink as evident by ice in the bottom of the hand wash sink in the prep area.

Intermediate - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Ice bucket stored on the side of the bulk ice bin not inverted/covered for protection. Employee inverted the ice bucket. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Basic - Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored. Box of plastic food pumps stored on the floor in front of the walk in cooler. Employee relocated the box of pumps. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Walk in cooler door has mold like substance spots on the door gasket.
