The only 2 employees on site both stated they have worked at establishment over 1 year and either has any food handler training and are not able to find any other food handler certifications for any other food handler. High Priority - Employee used the bathroom and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands upon returning to employee area. Food service employee returned from bathroom and engaged in food service activity but did not wash hands second time. Manager intervened. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Soiled exterior of equipment including handles to coolers. Pizza cooler.

Basic - Objectionable odors in bathroom or other areas of the establishment. Odor in kitchen near grease trap.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Wet mop stored on the corner of the mop sink not hung to dry. Operator relocated the wet mop. Corrected On-Site
