High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on counter Cream cheese (52F - Cold Holding); Butter (54F - Cold Holding). Inspector spoke to manager about time control. Manager will hold on time control, completed document during inspection. Manager stated product was brought out about an hour prior.
