High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In silver reach in cooler cream cheese, butter 49-63F. Person in charge states door has been open repeatedly for breakfast service. Ambient temperature of unit during inspection at 41-43F. Person in charge will monitor temperature and utilize another unit holding temperature if food is not holding temperature. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Intermediate - Ambient air thermometer in holding unit not accurate within plus or minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Ambient temperature of unit between 41-43F, thermometer in unit showing 70F.
