High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. -provolone cheese at 48 F, pepper jack cheese 50 F in the front counter area . Temperatures taken . Manager moved cheese to freezer for quick chill down . Recheck at 3:05 pm pepper jack 44 F, provolone 45 F in freezer to bring temperatures down to 41 F Corrective Action Taken
