Observed Hot Dogs (46F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler on cook line across from 4 drawer reach-in freezer. Operator stated reach-in cooler temperatures were taken today and were 41F or below. Operator moved item to walk-in cooler for rapid cooling. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation
