High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Upon arrival, observed employee at drive thru touch hat with bare hands then make cup of coffee for customer without washing hands. Manager coached employee on proper handwashing procedures. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At drive thru area in reach in cooler, individual packs of butter (58F - Cold Holding). Manager placed butter in reach in cooler on cook line to bring down temperature. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In chemical/storage closet, multiple different chemicals stored on and over boxes of single service gloves. Manager had employee rearrange closet during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Floor, wall and/or ceiling soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor under both sets of fryers soiled with grease/food debris. Also, wall behind fryers on cook line soiled with grease build up. Also, floor in chemical closet soiled with chemical residue.

Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of microwave in prep area soiled with food debris. Manager asked employee to clean after finishing prep item they are working on. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Hood filters above fryers on cook line soiled with grease build up. Also, multiple gaskets in kitchen soiled with food debris. Also, fan cover in walk-in cooler soiled with dust build up.
