As per operator cooked chicken was out in kitchen for reheating process during a hour. As per operator cooked chicken could not be reheated and was stored inside the walk in cooler. Operator placed cooked chicken inside walk in freezer in order to drop temperature to 41°F . Observed cooked chicken (40F - Cold Holding) Corrected On-Site
