Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed some plastic containers on shelf next to three compartment sink not inverted.

Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed current license not displayed.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed at walk in freezer a case of croissants stored on the floor.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed in reach in freezer at kitchen area ice buildup.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed stand up reach in freezer with torn gaskets.

Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed standing water behind the reach in cooler by drive thru window.

Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed floor tiles in disrepair in the kitchen by the wear-washing area.

Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water inside the reach in cooler by the drive thru window.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed croissant egg sandwich (112F - Hot Holding) under the hot holding unit for less than 30 minutes ago. Operator reheated items. Corrective Action Taken
