Had an employee tested positive with Hepatitis A.

Basic - In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed 5 knives stored between reach in cooler and hand sink. Operator removed the knives. Corrected On-Site

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed scoop inside corn with handle in contact with product. Operator placed handle upwards. Corrected On-Site
