Basic - Observed Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation in main kitchen area. Person in charge had him put on beard restraint. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed POS screens soiled .

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw fish and chicken not in its original package over cooked potatoes in 2 door Reach in freezer in main kitchen area. Manager moved potatoes to top shelve above chicken and fish. Corrected On-Site
