Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine sanitizer 0ppm on test strip due crack on the connector of the tube that the sanitizer flows through. Operator replaced the connector to correct to a minimum of 50ppm.
