High Priority - Container of medicine improperly stored. 1. Observed on preparation counter opposite cook line , container of tums medicine stored among cooking ingredients. 2. Observed on dry ingredients rack opposite hand washing sink , a variety of vitamins stored amongst cooking ingredients. Operator removed and stored away from food. Observed at cook line , pork fried rice (135F - Reheating). Advised operator to reheat rice to 165F. Operator reheated rice on stove to 167F. Corrected On-Site
