High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee cleaning equipment with sanitizer rag. Then took Order for customer. Then after took order from customer was about to apply glove on to fix customer order without properly washing hands. Owner of establishment reeducate employee. To wash hands before applying gloves on, and employees complied and wash hands at designated hand wash sink. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Owners does have self closing part in stock to put on unisex bathroom door.
