High Priority - Evidence of mop/cleaning wastewater dumped onto ground. Mops are stored outside and there is pooled water in back. Questioned operator and he said they were dumping the mop water out back. Educated operator that mop water has to be dumped in mop sink located in back by walk in cooler. Corrective Action Taken

Some items in make table not date marked: deli meats. Turkey, roast beef, and corned beef. All removed from commercial packaging and placed in sealed plastic ware.
