High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food held using time as a public health control marked with a time that exceeds the 4-hour limit. See stop sale. Observed no timer set for the ready to bake pizzas that use Time as a Public Health Control. Operator stated they were just made and was working to get the timer to turn on. Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels in restroom or at hand wash sink in dough make station. Operator replenished paper towels in both areas. Corrected On-Site

Observed employees personal belongings stored next to sodas on shelf at managers desk and single use items on shelf in dough make station.
