High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle/bucket not at proper minimum strength. Observed : 0ppm for chlorine in the red sanitizer bucket under the cook line. The bucket was dumped and refreshed to 100 ppm. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed lack of back flow device on mop sink faucet. ALSO, there is not a vacuum breaker on the hose Bibb on the side of the building. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
