Observed visible accumulation in ice machine and on can opener blade. Ensure to clean food-contact surfaces more frequently to avoid build-up.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(c) - segregation, distressed food segregated and properly located (pf)
Observed 3 large cans dented with rest of the other cans. Ensure to check frequently for damaged cans. Check cans are not dented prior to storing. Create an area for dented cans.

Observed air conditioning tube/ vent leaking condensation. Ensure to fix tube/vent to prevent condensation from dripping onto floor and on employees.
