Observed RIC in kitchen not properly holding temperature 41F or below. Milk at 43F and Ambient at 55F. Mini reach-in cooler ambient at 61F Milk at 46F. Place all hazardous foods in a separate fridge that is holding 41°F or below. PIC understands. Will return to check if RIC is fixed.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible

Observed kitchen hand sink with no paper towels. Ensure hand sink is always stocked with soap and paper towels at all times so food handlers can properly wash their hands.

Observed most recent inspection report not posted. Inspection of 2/1/24 score of 91 posted instead of most recent report of 7/3/25 score of 83. Ensure most recent inspection report is posted at all times.

The fan for the reach-in cooler in kitchen is in disrepair. Ensure to fix fan so it is not broken.

No test strips on site. Must have test strips on site available at all times.
