Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
OBSERVED THAT THE HANDWASHING SINK BY THE COOK LINE DID NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONAL PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER, LEAVING STAFF WITH NO METHOD TO DRY HANDS AFTER WASHING UNLESS THEY USED A DIFFERENT HAND SINK. ALL HAND SINKS MUST BE FULLY STOCKED AND OPERABLE AT ALL TIMES TO PROMOTE PROPER HANDWASHING OF STAFF.
